a Rafflecopter giveaway
I'm one of your newest followers so I thought I'd drop by and say hi. What a fun giveaway you have going on. I'm about a week old blogger and am really enjoying it...It's fun to meet new people!
ReplyDeleteI don't carve very well and always seem to cut myself but my husband is the master. For some reason I don't like the scary, ghouly, faces..I'm more of a cute happy face girl.
I'm headed over to my blog to tell more people about this and hopefully more followers to you.
Thank You,
Stephanie Ann

ReplyDeleteI love your monthly reading homework and have recently started following your blog.
DeleteMy favorite Halloween tradition is passing out candy to neighbor kids.
We plan on carving a cat into our pumpkin and I love taking my daughter to our yearly downtown Beggars and Scarecrow Walk!!
ReplyDeleteMy daughers havent decided on a design yet... We are planning on carving our family pumpkin next week! Typically they choose something difficult and leave me to finish! But we have fun and love our family times!
ReplyDeleteI plan on trying just a traditional face this year! I always go crazy with those carving books and thought I'd take the traditional route this year :)
ReplyDeleteI look forward to taking my 3 year old to my in-laws' neighborhood for some serious Trick-or-Treating! Then I hand out candy at their house when we're done. I love to see all the creative costumes. I'm a new follower, too!

I'm afraid my husband doesn't allow me to play with knives....as I always end up getting seriously injured. :) So....that being said....he will once again be the one to carve the pumpkin....I think we will go with a scary face this year!
ReplyDeleteSuper giveaway you have going on.....

First of all, thank you for the amazing giveaway! I really appreciate it. The design I plan on carving is a Bearcat claw as I'm an alumni of the University of Cincinnati! :)

Take out (usually Thai or Chinese) and watching scary movies in front of the fireplace with my doggie and hubby. I love dressing up too!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the fun giveaway!

I don't usually carve a pumpkin (not that talented), but I always decorate one. I am painting it green and want to recreate Witch Hazel-the witch from the Bugs Bunny cartoons. Every time she moves hairpins go flying everywhere! She cracks me up!

This will be my first time celebrating Halloween! We don't really do it in Australia, but the English school where I teach in Mexico wants to show the kids a bit of North American culture this year. I wish I could carve a pumpkin! It looks so fun! I am looking forward to seeing all the kids in their costumes.
ReplyDeleteI shared your giveaway over at my blog =)

We usually just stick those things in the pumpkins, though if we do carve, we do a traditional face. We tried some fancy stuff one year to no avail!

Awesome giveway!!! Halloween is my favorite! We usually carve a scary and a funny Jack-O-Lantern!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to handing out candy.

Since Halloween is not much celebrated in this part of the world, we just go trick or treating with some of my daughter's friends in a nearby neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteMy twins are 16 months old so I think we will skip the pumpkin carving until they know bette!! :) I DO love taking them trick or treating though! We go with one of my best friends from college and her kiddos. It is so fun to take the whole family!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could carve neat faces/pictures but I do good just to get a basic jack-o-lantern face to look recognizable, ha!
ReplyDeleteWe do just basic pumpkin carving here. It's a busy weekend but we will do 2 pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteOh No! I cant believe I missed this. This was such a great giveaway ;)
